RecommendedWe recently bought a 2018 Silverado, Michael Cogliano was an excellent salesman we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I have to also give Buddy in the finance department a round of applause he was awesome to deal with also. We will definitely be doing business here again. RecommendedI don’t know if you have new ownership or what but I stopped coming there after about three visits when I first moved to Morristown. At that time it was the most unfriendly car agency I had ever been to. So I started with a local shop. But I wouldn’t hesitate to come to your business. I came this time for a recall.

I don’t recommend this place at all. My brother worked for them for one day and they were racist to him . He left because of their employees said they wouldn’t train him because he’s not an American. He obviously is. Ignorant people. It’s 2020 not 1950 fix your staff.

I realize car dealers have a bad rep but in my 66 years I have never met one so unethical five salesmen ganged up on me and insisted I buy a 212 wrecked nisson sentra. they said it would be 8,000 but put 9,000 on the paper work. That was just the beginning! Charles seemed nice but in the end he was as pushy and lied to me like the rest. BEWARE of Service Department. I experienced unethical practices, misdiagnosis and over charges.
3 hours for a scheduled Oil change, tire rotation and front end alignment. After all this time they did not rotate the tires. I noticed it when I got back to the house. One of my wheels has a curb rash on it and it was still on the right rear when I got home. Very bad service. Service advisor did apologize and had went back to check several times. He did cut me a break on the labor but I will use another dealer from now on.
Apparently there is no zero star rating. I was sent a letter promising me a brand new truck for same payments as my current vehicle. I called and explained I cant waste an hour and a half driving there to find out this is bs. I explained what I owed on current vehicle/what its worth and what my payments were. They assured me they had me covered. I get there and they show me 55,000 dollar trucks.
