Had a truck for 3weeks transmission went out they replaced it then started to get a clicking sound from under truck was thinking CV, drive shaft or transfer case we’ll schedule another appointment they say everything is good but said found the noise they said it was wheel bearings and hub well they replaced it and still clicking noise they don’t know what’s going on took 6 hrs for wheel and hub and rear brakes Brian is a good adviser but mechanics are garbage going somewhere else

came in for just a oil change. Had an appointment at 2:00. I understand that it may take a few minutes because there was a few cars ahead of me. At 3:00 my car was all most ready and then the service manager decided he needed to have a meeting for 30 minutes. customer service is first not taking time to have a meeting that took away from your customers. they don't even know how to order 4 new tires. I've been there 3 times for the same 4 tires and they still don't have them
RecommendedWe recently bought a 2018 Silverado, Michael Cogliano was an excellent salesman we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I have to also give Buddy in the finance department a round of applause he was awesome to deal with also. We will definitely be doing business here again. Update: We we’re drug out for months awaiting repairs to finally find out that they hadn’t even worked on our truck. 2 weeks previous to this we waited 5 1/2 hours for an oil change. RecommendedI don’t know if you have new ownership or what but I stopped coming there after about three visits when I first moved to Morristown. At that time it was the most unfriendly car agency I had ever been to. So I started with a local shop. But I wouldn’t hesitate to come to your business. I came this time for a recall.

I don’t recommend this place at all. My brother worked for them for one day and they were racist to him . He left because of their employees said they wouldn’t train him because he’s not an American. He obviously is. Ignorant people. It’s 2020 not 1950 fix your staff.

I realize car dealers have a bad rep but in my 66 years I have never met one so unethical five salesmen ganged up on me and insisted I buy a 212 wrecked nisson sentra. they said it would be 8,000 but put 9,000 on the paper work. That was just the beginning! Charles seemed nice but in the end he was as pushy and lied to me like the rest.
