Don't do business with them. This is why: they weren't prepared when I arrived even with a 4.5 hrs notice. I had to wait over 2 hours to get processed. Then after going through all the paperwork they discovered they made a mistake and would have to mail me all the paperwork to be signed again. Horrible experience. Drove 90 mins to get jerked around. Imagine letting a customer, who already agreed to pay MSRP, walk over a few $1000.. Would not consider doing business with this dealer again.
I highly suggest going ANYWHERE but Chevy Morristown for your new(er) car needs. Definitely steer clear of a salesperson named Sejdi Oruglica, as he is who I dealt with and my whole experience was a nightmare. When we first started communicating, he was kind and accommodating, offering to do all the preliminary work over the phone. Worst car buying experience ever. Sold me a truck and signed the papers only to make me return it a month later due to the loan not being final when they said it was a done deal.

I would not recommend getting a vehicle from here. worst experience of my life. first sat for hours waiting to even get the car only to find out they had it priced almost 6000 more than what it's even worth. Thank God my bank caught it cause I would have never thought they would do people like that. the check engine light came on they had my car for 2 weeks it was a total mess and a huge headache. so bad I wasn't even as excited as I was when I signed my papers. This place is full of crooked people all the way to management, After the deal was made they sent us 4 different deal sheets to take to the bank that were incorrect and had over $6000 in added charges and extra stuff that we had not agreed on. We was lied to several times by several different team members and was promised floor Mats by John phillips the day we bought the car and they didn't have any in stock so he said he would have them shipped to our house. Terrible experience!! My 2019 Tahoe blew up and it was a complete fiasco to try to get a new engine. They actually replaced it twice and kept my Tahoe 3 months. They are very shady and the service department is terrible! I filed a complaint wit BBB. I took my Tahoe and traded it after the 2nd motor.

They call in loaner vehicle as stolen when your black… they are literally taking revenge out on a girl who called them out on their BS and the community backed her up… ten they let her use a vehicle to report it stolen. THE MANAGER IS MIKE!
