Worst car buying experience ever. Sold me a truck and signed the papers only to make me return it a month later due to the loan not being final when they said it was a done deal.

I would not recommend getting a vehicle from here. worst experience of my life. first sat for hours waiting to even get the car only to find out they had it priced almost 6000 more than what it's even worth. Thank God my bank caught it cause I would have never thought they would do people like that. the check engine light came on they had my car for 2 weeks it was a total mess and a huge headache. so bad I wasn't even as excited as I was when I signed my papers. This place is full of crooked people all the way to management, After the deal was made they sent us 4 different deal sheets to take to the bank that were incorrect and had over $6000 in added charges and extra stuff that we had not agreed on. We was lied to several times by several different team members and was promised floor Mats by John phillips the day we bought the car and they didn't have any in stock so he said he would have them shipped to our house. Terrible experience!! My 2019 Tahoe blew up and it was a complete fiasco to try to get a new engine. They actually replaced it twice and kept my Tahoe 3 months. They are very shady and the service department is terrible! I filed a complaint wit BBB. I took my Tahoe and traded it after the 2nd motor.

If you can’t figure out what you’re doing, close. You literally sent police after a car that you legally sold to someone after it having to be serviced for weeks on in. and no I will not take this down until you’ve made right with this situation

They call in loaner vehicle as stolen when your black… they are literally taking revenge out on a girl who called them out on their BS and the community backed her up… ten they let her use a vehicle to report it stolen. THE MANAGER IS MIKE!

They will rent a car to you then report it stolen on a PAYING CUSTOMER as revenge for posting about the wrong they have done.

Don’t ever go to Chevy… because they will give you a truck to rent then report it stolen because the GM and service don’t speak to each other 🤔🤔🤔🤔 it’s stolen but when you came by to check the truck out you tell me to return it Monday… then sent the police at 9AM and when we tell you be my guest tow it you tell the officers NO it’s ok… then send them back at 3PM to say it’s stolen?? Do NOT GO HERE! They will lie straight to your face. They will tell you you’re approved, wait 2 months and pull the deal. Traded in a Jeep 6/11 waited weeks for answers to be continually lied to. Was told bank needed more information sent everything just for the bank to back out. Called for several days in a row just to be a waste of time, as they will not call you back!!! They told me they was paying off my trade in loan, put me 2 payments behind by not paying it off. Received letters that other banks wanted the loan, but M... read more
