Service department is a scam. 1. They never answer the phone no matter what time of day you call. Even the receptionist will tell you this. If you do get put on hold, they’ll hang up on you. (Try for yourself) 2. The car wouldn’t start and had to be towed. They kept our car for two weeks before they could even look at it. They actually called us at one point and said they couldn’t find our car. 3. Made a apt on Thursday to have a diagnostic test done on my car. It’s running fine but the check engine light is on. Here it is Monday and I still don’t have the car and they have yet to do the test. What is the point in having me drop off the car for it to sit there and not get done? Called the service dept many many times they never answer there phone. Waiting on a manager to call me now big surprise she was not in. Asked for the regional mangers number to call and make a complaint but have yet to get that number.

In September of 2021 I purchased a used truck from Tyler in the sales department. We agreed that some things were to be fixed and some cost adjustments were made. We agreed for a check to be cut for $300 for two new back tires to match the front, since they were too cheap to put on 4 new tires. I was under the impression that these people were reputable and straight shooters. We bought a used car from there. Fluids we're not checked, ie brake fluid and transmission had to add both. this should've been done automatically before being sold.

Had a truck for 3weeks transmission went out they replaced it then started to get a clicking sound from under truck was thinking CV, drive shaft or transfer case we’ll schedule another appointment they say everything is good but said found the noise they said it was wheel bearings and hub well they replaced it and still clicking noise they don’t know what’s going on took 6 hrs for wheel and hub and rear brakes Brian is a good adviser but mechanics are garbage going somewhere else

came in for just a oil change. Had an appointment at 2:00. I understand that it may take a few minutes because there was a few cars ahead of me. At 3:00 my car was all most ready and then the service manager decided he needed to have a meeting for 30 minutes. customer service is first not taking time to have a meeting that took away from your customers.
