Our realtor referred us to Terre to help close our purchase in Florida. Terre was quick to respond, patient with my incessant questions, and very knowledgeable and capable as a lender. I am self employed and had heard the horror stories about how hard it can be to purchase when self employed. I’ve been in the mortgage and housing industry for over 30 years. Hugh is a fantastic asset to this space. Honest, professional and always available. My only complaint is he probably needs to not answer his phone on the weekends, but sure glad he did for me. Hugh will be on my speed dial. You won’t be disappointed.

Shannon was over-the-top in getting my financing across the finish line. Even under a tight timeline, she remained focused and worked tirelessly to make sure everything was set for closing. You couldn't ask for a better loan officer, especially in working through the VA (I'm a vet, and this was a VA loan)
