As first time homebuyers in the midst of the craziest housing market, we had a ton of questions. We also were very nervous about the financial side of things. Kim was always happy to answer my 20 questions about buying, lending, down payments, and how everything worked. She was so quick to respond and really gave me the specific information I needed in order to understand, and therefore be comfortable with, such a huge purchase!

I haven't bought a house in 20 years and was really nervous about finding a lender that would work with me in the current crazy house market. Mandy has been very helpful and super fast with responses to all my questions and inquiries (even on the weekends!). She is very professional, courteous and very approachable. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking to get a home loan.

Kim was there every time we needed anything during our house search. She was timely, always friendly, professional and very helpful. She got us pre-approved about 3 years ago and she has worked with us ever since, helping us through whatever we needed to do to get where we needed to be in the loan process. Kim was patient with my ignorance and lack of understanding being a first time homebuyer. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house.

Contacted Terre for a pre-approval letter. However, we ended up using Terre and her Team for the rest of the process. Terre and her team walked us through every step and made sure we were comfortable in each step. Took time to make sure we understand each step. Terre and her team considered us as their family and made sure every step we took was right for us and explained the pros and cons. Felt like we were dealing with our own family. Going with Terre was one of the best decisions.
