My wife and I just purchased a second home. Jeanie was amazing. The first time we spoke, she provided a detailed outline of what to expect. She was spot on. We had delays with inspection, survey, appraisal - no fault of Jeanie. She worked diligently with her underwriters to ensure we paid minimal costs to keep the rate that we locked down. She was always professional and extremely helpful. Glad we chose her and I would highly recommend her for your mortgage needs in the Sparta, Crossville area.

Cherith was kind from the moment I talked to her. As a widowed Mom trying to build my credit to buy a house, I couldn’t have asked for a better team. Cherith told me what I needed to do in order to buy my first home & a year later I started looking! Then, she always had an answer for my question & I felt like I was her priority always in closing on my first home. I couldn’t recommend her enough, she is just outstanding.

Mary & Madison exceeded all of my expectations. They were super responsive, encouraging, supportive, and enabled me to bid on houses and close very quickly. I have purchased several homes in my lifetime, but have never experienced service like theirs. I highly recommend them too anyone and would never use anyone else.
