She is a hard worker called you back when she says she's going to call you back and walks you through the entire process. Very easy to work with I am extremely pleased especially when too often these days, Lenders, Banks and contractors never call you back. Or they take days to get back with you about simple questions. Cherith is awesome, she always answers ALL questions, and she always treats you like you are family.
