As a first time home buyer, I had no idea how the process went, or in what order things happened. Jeff explained everything to me and made it very easy to understand. Gathering and signing all documents was very easy and timely, and our closing went exactly how we expected. We had a quick closing date relative to our offer acceptance, but Jeff kept us on track for a quick and easy close. We are ecstatic about our new home, and very pleased with how smoothly it went.

We moved from Illinois to Tennessee. Dale was fabulous to work with from getting prequalified to the very end of the mortgage process. Great company!

In the past anytime that I have dealt with a mortgage or a refinance it always was a stressful situation. I contacted JT at the recommendation of a friend who said that she was wonderful and easy to work with. Obviously, my friend was right, JT was so friendly and helpful I did not want to contact anyone else. I worked with Suzanne on the purchase of my home, she was always prompt in sending files I needed and answering my questions. She was wonderful to work with and really made me feel like I was her top priority. She even came to my closing! I had previously bought a home with another lender and there was definitely a positive difference in working with MIG. I did not feel pressured at all and everything was explained in terms I could understand. I would highly recommend Suzanne and MIG to anyone looking for a mortgage loan.

The entire process of home buying was excellent and pleasant. Mr. Robillard was kind, courteous, and very professional. He even spent time with my grand daughter (age6) by letting her “sign” some of the paperwork. I was impressed with the speed and professional efforts in which my Ian was handled.
