Mortgage Investors was recommended to me, which is a good start as someone else was comfortable enough to recommend them. My first conversation with them was at 8pm, which quickly told me and showed me how responsive they were. They made it a point to communicate constantly, explain things when needed, and were available for questions. My loan process had challenges, but they worked with me through the process. They have your best interest at heart.

Lisa was more than helpful with our home loan process. She was always on top of whatever needed to be done. She did whatever was needed to save us time, money, and to speed up the process. She wasn't pushy or forceful about anything—which is very much appreciated. Thank you Lisa!

This is the first home my husband and I have purchased together, and due to him working out of town. I, Shantel had to take charge of everything. Jeff and Melissa were amazing ! Ms. Windisch and her team were very professional. They were able to complete the process within thirty days which was a requirement by the seller. The team did the majority of this work electronically. They are quick to respond to your questions. I would recommend them,

I talked to a lot of lenders who weren't able to help me get a home due to some student loans and being a small business owner. Pete and his team went over and above to help me get into my dream home. I actually had another lender tell me: "If Pete can't get it done, none of us can." On top of moving mountains to make the loan happen for me, they were fast, kind, organized, and ON TIME. I closed on time with no issues. It was so pleasant working with them. Highly highly recommended.

We bought an unconventional property in need of repair. My usual lender would not lend on the property and Debbie took care of everything. Polite, prompt and efficient would be my best descriptions.

Daren helped my wife and I from the very beginning of our loan process. From pre-qualification to closing he was a phone call or text message away. As first time home buyers, he walked us through all of our options and was very knowledgeable of them. We ended up going with a USDA loan and closed smoothly despite a government shutdown during our closing period. I would recommend to all home buyers whether its your first home or your vacation getaway. Daren is the loan officer for you!
