The home mortgage process with Kristin was a very pleasant experience with excellent responsiveness and follow through on all details in order to purchase our home. Kristin provided suggestions and options throughout the loan process to allow us to achieve our goal and minimize the stress of obtaining a mortgage in today's financial climate.

Shannon was so helpful every step of the way. She was always there to answer a question for us even on three weekends. If she wasn't her wonderful assistant Hayley was. Both of them were so helpful and I would HIGLEY recommend them to anyone.

My wife and I were recommended Kristen Abouelata with Mortgage Investors Group by our realtor when seeking financing for our first home in Knoxville. As fairly new homeowners, Kristen was very helpful with questions and guidance, from initial contact, to closing day. Kristen was able to easily navigate several minor issues with the home purchase that expedited our closing date. We also really enjoyed her sense of humor, wit, and just being fun to be around.

I financed my original loan through Kristin. When it came time to refinance I called her again. She made the process very simple. She went above and beyond to help me. Her response time was very quick. Would definitely recommend to anyone who asks me about financing a mortgage.

Fantastic work and follow up. I had a difficult refinance due to a pending divorce and past financial issues and Lisa was able to work with my situation and find a path through it all. She was constantly in communication with me, letting me know what information I needed to collect and the status of the refi. It all turned out right in the end, and I was able to close and move ahead thanks to Lisa.

Lisa is a wonderful person to work with. We had some budget/ cash challenges but she came through for us. She always has a cheerful disposition that makes it a pleasure to work with her. She is highly recommended.

Lisa was incredible wth all the little details involved in buying my home. She has a lot more experience in this field than I do so being able to lean on her from start to finish makes a potential stressful situation a lot more enjoyable! My schedule is extremely busy at odd hours of the day; Lisa never made me feel like I was bothering her outside of "normal hours." I bought my first home with Lisa and just recently my 3rd... I highly recommend using Lisa and her team!
