She was extremely helpful with any questions or concerns I had when buying my house. She was great at working around my work schedule and being available when ever I needed her to be.
Samanda is wonderful! She took extra time with us figuring out many different ways of down payments, rates, and did not push us to spend what we qualified for. We wanted a house, but did not want to be a slave to the place. She helped us figure it all out, gave us extra knowledge of how it all works, and advise on how to pay it down even faster. I would recommend her to everyone!
Suzanne was loan originator for my home loan with Mortgage Investors Group. She did a fan excellent job every step of the way. I was very impressed with the responsiveness and knowledge. She answered all of my questions accurately, promptly, cheerfully and informed me what each step would be. We closed in less than 30 days which wouldn't have been possible without her help. I have used Samanda to assist me with home financing more than once. I would use her again if the need arose. She is always available and extremely helpful. I love the fact that everything is done on line and is user friendly. You won't find anyone else as friendly and compassionate about what they do!
I have purchased 9 houses in my lifetime and this was hands down the best mortgage experience I have ever had. Samanda kept me up to speed and closed me in less than 30 days. There were no surprises or delay's and the package was the most competitive I found. I would recommend her to all of my family and friends.
