Kristin is a no nonsense pro in the mortgage game. Experience cannot be under appreciated when dealing with a mortgage and she knows all the ins and outs.

A few years ago it became apparent to me and my sisters that I needed to purchase my mother's home, due to her health, so she could continue to live there. It was a complicated process involving "gift" taxes and such. J.T. walked my sisters and me through everything we needed to do to be "legal" and all went very smoothly. When I decided to refinance this year, J.T. was who I turned to. She went to work right away and I was able to close in 3 weeks!
Joe made the process of buying a home relaxed. He did not create any stress through the process. Joe is extremely knowledgeable of his work! Every time I emailed or called, I heard back from him within a 30 minute time frame. Being a new home buyer, I had many questions, some of which were probably silly questions, however he had answers to EVERYTHING I asked him. The next time I buy a house, I will for sure go through him again for my loan! I had 100% confidence in him!
