Did a very good job. Really went out of the way for us. Did everything she was supposed to. No complaints at all. When we needed proof of where the down payment came from she helped me come up with that info. And did a lot of things that she didnt have to do. That were our responsibility. Our experience was extremely gratifying! Ms Swann was very knowledgeable and professional during the entire process of finding the correct loan to fit our needs.
