I was a first time home buyer and knew nothing about the mortgage process. She made EVERYTHING easy to understand! I would recommend her to anyone! She always made sure I understood what we were currently working on before we moved on to the next step. Autumn also treated me more like a friend and not just a client. She was great to work with and is very knowledgable in her field!

Autumn helped me with the purchase of my first home. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure I never left her office with any questions or concerns. She was extremely prompt to return my calls and emails. She made the process so much easier than I had originally anticipated. I would definitely recommend her to anyone. The hardest part of the process was finding the right home for me.

A great compliment to a business person is repeat business. With that being said, I've "complimented" Autumn several times. We've used Autumn and MIG for re-financing our current home, financing a rental home, and financing a rental condo. Each time she and her team proved that they were concerned with meeting MY needs. My wife and I have dealt with Autumn on 2 different occasions. The first time we were first time home buyers and in a unique situation. Unfortunately Autumn was not able to close our loan due to our circumstances but she did educate me on to how to achieve what my wife and I were wanting. Half way through our loan process we switched loan companies. Autumn explained the process to us, and made everything so easy to understand. If I had it to do all over again I would have picked her from the beginning!

Autumn helped us buy our first house. She was very informative and responsive to all our questions about the process, and helped us weigh our different alternatives (and sought out additional alternatives on her own initiative). I was very reluctant to get into the whole home buying process because it just seemed like so much work and information on something that i knew NOTHING about. However, from my first phone call with Autumn to the day i signed the papers to close on my house she was there and helped every step of the way. she was easy to get in contact with via phone or e-mail and she explained any questions or concerns i had in a way i could understand them. she is wonderful to work with!
