We had one of the more difficult refi's possible based on factors outside of Kristin's control. She was diligent, determined and committed to make it happen and get it closed. We saved almost $1000 a month on our mortgage and I could not recommend her more!

Being self-employed, getting a mortgage can be tricky. We were so impressed with Kristin and her ability to get us a mortgage which was FAR more competitive than what other local companies could do for us. She took us under her wing, got us a fabulous rate and made the process easy. We thought it would be a nightmare getting financed since both my husband and I own a small business, but Kristin make the process a breeze. We highly recommend her.

Working with Kristen was an amazing experience. When I first went to Kristen I did not have good enough credit to purchase a home, but that did not stop her from helping me she told me exactly what I needed to do to help my credit. She was very knowledgable on the entire process and was very accurate on her payment predictions. Kristin is the best at what she does she got all the information that she needed from us upfront so when she contacted the usda she had everything that they needed as well and only had to ask for more information one other time this made the process very easy for me as a buyer she done all the work so i highly recommend her and will use her the next time i buy a home.

Working with Kristin was by far the best experience i have had in acquiring a mortgage as she was knowledgeable, very thoughtful and extremely pleasant throughout the whole process. When you consider that I have closed on more than 15 mortgages/refinances in the last 20 years that is saying something!
