Kim made everything simple and easy. She was always available when I had questions about our loan. She was a pleasure to work with!! I will definitely recommend her to any of my friends who will be needing a loan in the future.
This purchase was for a second home. I was satisfied with the loan agent for our first home, but Robert really blew it out of the water! He was great! I was able to ask any and all questions I had and he responded so quickly. I would definitely recommend Robert and would use him for another loan.
Robert was very solid through the whole process. Robert worked late at night and weekends for our complicated re-fi that involved investment properties. He even spent an hour on the phone on a Saturday night during a UT Vols football game. If that's not dedicated I don't know what is. It was a pleasure working with him and appreciated his dedication.
