Katy is hands down the best! I have never worked with someone as amazing as her. She is willing to go above and beyond for her clients. I would recommend her to anyone that needs a mortgage.

Being a first time home buyer, the Morgage process can be daunting! Before Kim, I had work with three other landers. One was from my bank who was maybe overwhelmed but would 3-4 days before returning your call. Another one was a referral. He work hard on the case but could not pull it off because of what needed to be done. The third landers was very hard to be reach. As a first time home buyer, I would highly recommend working with J.T. and the MIG team when shopping for mortgage lenders. J.T. is incredibly responsive, supportive, and open to all lines of questioning throughout the home buying / lender process. I felt like I learned a lot from her and her team throughout this journey, and I will absolutely work with them again in the future. This was a much easier process than I was anticipating!

We used MIG for our first time buying a house. The company made it easy for us to close within 30 days. They were on top of the ball with informing us what we needed to bring to the table and keep up with underwriting. Highly recommend!
