Donna's team was most helpful. They made sure I was satisfied with my understanding of how things work, the timeline, and what to expect as we progressed. Anytime I had questions, they were quite responsive.
Chad was extremely professional in dealing with my refi. Not only did he explain every step for now and the future, but when the appraisal came back higher than expected, he immediately let me know the new options I had and how they could best help me. Chad isn’t just another lender, he goes beyond the standard and beyond above standards to make every step of the process efficient. By doing this the nerves of a stressful situation simply fade away.
