I deff do not recommend this company , by far the worst plumbing job I’ve ever witnessed in 15 years of working construction , the guys made 3 trips to the store for a simple double vanity and drain install only after they plumbed it initially for single sink . None of the supply stub outs are level and drains are terribly off centered because the plumber “didn’t have the correct tools” perhaps he was too worried about getting to his side jobs he kept mentioning all day to perform a quality job, also NONE of the supply lines... read more

Unfortunately did not have a good experience. The person who came out complained that we had a Rheem multiple times and mentioned that he doesn’t like to touch Rheems. He left without diagnosing the issue and charging us $50. He told us to call the manufacturer, and when we did, the manufacturer told us they don’t speak with the homeowners, only the licensed plumber. Now we are left with no resolution.

This is not a review about the work(because no work was performed) this is a review in regards to customer experience. Had the team come out and provide an estimate, I had the work scheduled, then the team comes back to start the work, notices that a “special part” needs to be ordered and they will reach out to their contacts and then call me back to reschedule. I had Motorcity come out a few weeks ago. The tech forgot to turn the water back on the toilet. They also didn't even replace the metal cover plate for the line to the toilet, so there is a nice new line with a rusty plate. I also had them repair and replace valves on the main water line. One of the lines is already leaking. I also mentioned to the tech that multiple master plumbers told me that I was being overcharged and he said he doesn't make the prices. RecommendedCalled this company to look at our plumbing and services how much it would be to move our gas line for the stove. The guy came back to do the gas line, read the directions from his phone, outloud, while doing it. Didnt put the line three two studs. Had to call twice and send an email to fix it. Two guys came back, all you could smell was marijuana on them when they came in the house.
