I had to have a new garbage disposal installed, and was having problems with my kitchen sink drain backing up. My original plumber quoted me an absolutely ridiculous price of almost twice what the job was worth, so I called Motor City. Since I had gone and purchased the unit myself, I only needed the labor, for which I was quoted a fair price. Had Motor City out for quite literally a crappy fix!! Called Mike last Saturday, due to our basement backing up for, thankfully to MC, the last time! We found out that our entire piping from start to finish had to be redone. Called them Monday to proceed with the estimate and wow am I happy I did! Such a great experience from beginning to end! Huge shout out to motor city plumbing and drain who were out within the hour of my initial call on Saturday and had everything finished up nicely today. Great company! Great customer service! I Highly recommend them if you need a plumber.
They came out, they were on time, they cleared my drain very quickly and efficiently. They were completely Covid ready including masks and booties gloves and social distancing. They were super reasonable with pricing and when no other company was available they were able to come out rather quickly which I appreciated!! I definitely recommend them if you are having any plumbing or drain issues!
I tried to change my filter on a single handle shower/tub faucet today. Brass fitting was pretty tight, I twisted off the entire fitting. I am not a plumber. Lol These guys were referred to me by several people after I put out a social media S.O.S. Greg and Noah came to the rescue on behalf of someone on the inside looking out for me big time. Fast, honest and professional company. They went out of there way to solve all of our plumbing issues (yes, we had many). I would highly recommend them.
Mike and his crew are a great group of guys. I had them replace all the existing galvanized plumbing with new updated PEX and copper piping, replace the hot water heater and laundry tub. Very good pricing, reliable and excellent service.
