I go to the new Cadence facility in east Mesa. The gym itself, is fine. It's brand new so it's clean they have a variety of equipment. Getting a class schedule has been completely impossible either on their website, on my phone or PC or on their app. Then when you opt for support, it states that there's no support available! Their website is completely non-user-friendly. Good luck getting out of any contract you sign.Never again will I sign up with them because of their ridiculous and pathetic cancellation policy. Before I moved I went in and signed the paperwork to cancel, they still kept charging my account. So I called them and they told me I had to send a certified letter to their corps office in Scottsdale because I moved 3 hours away and didn't want make the drive back to sign another paper. Bad part This gym is always packed. Always always always. All I need is 4 square feet and a squat rack and got both less than a handful of times over the course of my 6 month membership. MAINLY men go here. Had I not been tricked into a 6 month membership I would've cancelled a lot sooner. You know it's bad when you can't cancel when you'd like. Good part: Nicest locket room ever!! I didn't attend their fitness classes but maybe I would've liked it more if I had. Sauna and steam inside each locker room.

I come in when they opened. I went outside for a minute to get something from my car. The receptionist Hannah asked me for my badge, I told her that I already badge in. She followed me to the bathroom. Then when I was leaving she asked me to scan my badge again!! I never seen it been anywhere where I was asked to scan my badge again. It was disappointing because since they did not asked anyone else to badge to make sure I'm a member. Is it because I'm Asian/ minority? Wow!! Terrible gym for kids to be..... watched them ignore my son while he was crying holding his arms out for some comforting NOT 1 worker who was hands FREE picked him up and try to calm him. Ive seen kids lock themselves in the bathroom flooding the floors. Ive seen workers leaving infants in their carseats for long periods. Ive seen the workers in and out of the infant rooms never a steady hand in there. Its a complete free for all in there and a place id never bring my kids again. I really enjoy this gym. The staff is awesome and the amenities are pretty great. The facility is well maintained, and the variety of equipment keep me going. I'd love to see some updates to the machinery to be more competitive with other gyms in the valley, but I'm not crying about what they currently have. Truly enjoy coming here (almost) everyday.

LOVE Mountainside fitness! Best of Scottsdale !! We immediately felt at home there. Staff is very welcoming and accommodating. The atmosphere is very relaxed and I have made so many nice friends and acquaintances -great way to meet people in Scottsdale .

Horrible gym. Horrible staff. Avoid this place at all costs. They keep billing even after we have been told the membership was canceled.

Love the facility. Staff is great. Being able to always get a smoothly right after workout is a big plus as well. Only knock I could possibly give is I wish it was 24 hrs. Great facility, highly recommend.
