I moved. I've told them by phone I no longer need a membership due to my move and I'm not under contract. The lady I spoke to wanted to argue with me which is absurd, if someone no longer wants a membership the discussion is over. They continue to try and bill me, contact me by phone and email. Their personal training department is just as immoral in their business practices.

Awful place. I've been going to Orangetheory since we moved to Arizona 6 months ago. Figured i'd try a cheaper gym eventhough I love Orangetheory. I brought in my 5 day pass that I printed online. I walked to the desk and the man told me to wait to be helped by a salesman. The salesman was busy playing on his phone. I had to approach him. He was rude and had an attitude. I joined this gym 7 years ago. Totally enjoy every visit employees are great and if you need a good message Sonny is great also! Great place to work out. Not looking to change anytime soon!!

I have been working out here for years and I love it. The facilities are clean and there are tons of machines and classes, plus the employees are so friendly and helpful. My kids absolutely love going to the kids care and hate when it is time to leave. The employees know all of our names and greet us all by name when we enter and make us feel valued. There is a cafe that can make you protein shakes or sells snacks that is good and reasonably priced also.

Decent gym with adequate exercise equipment. My only complaint is that the resistance training machines really need to be updated. As a fitness pro and business owner is am knowledgeable about the latest and greatest. Some of the equipment here dates back to the late 80s, when I first began working in the industry. Yes, the dinosaur style equipment works but for the cost of being a member $49/ month I expect better . At least what the big box gyms offer. This has been my gym for about 2 years now and I love it here. The classes are great- equipment\machines are a great selection, and I can't say enough good things about the staff and kid care. My kids love to go to the kid care and they have always been so sweet to them and take such good care of them. Kid care has always been a big deal to me and even when it gets busy in there I feel like my kids are well taken care of. Would definitely recommend this gym to anyone!

I know many of you work out at Mountainside Fitness and many of you are in the process of deciding where you would like to work out. I just want you to be aware that when Mountainside Fitness advertises "no contract", "month to month", and "easy in, easy out", they are being deceptive.
