My son joined this gym on a month to month summer contract. When he tried to cancel the contract in person, he was told he must drive to Scottsdale to cancel in person at that gym. That was not happening, but the gym continued to charge his credit card (which is my credit card). I called this gym 8 times explaining what my son was told, but no one who answered the phone could help and said I must speak to either Angie or Jenny. I am beyond dissappointed with your birthday party staff! I called last week to get details about the birthday party packages at the Surprise location was quoted a price, asked if I needed to book over the phone because I would like to come look around - was told no, come look around and book when you come in. Went down yesterday to look, facility was understandably closed due to the holiday so I called today to book. The price had gone up by $100.
