We were looking for gyms in surprise and many of them are dirty and old. Mountainside has friendly staff, is kept very clean and has everything you'd need in a gym. Good babysitting, fun classes, clean locker rooms and never a wait for cardio machines. During peak hours you might have to wait for weight machines but that's to be expected anywhere. Cost is a little higher than some gyms (65 for a couple per month) but it is so worth it
Great gym, great classes but will never get a membership there again, they don't give a crap what happens in your life when it comes to their monthly fees.
Joined back in July. Facility of always clean and machines work as they should. Sometimes you see a machine out of order but not for long. Classes fill up pretty quick so you have to get there early. Staff is friendly, they always greet you, smile, and ask if you need anything. The overall vibe is positive, everyone that goes to MSF seems cool, not judgmental or rude. Staff is always friendly and they keep this gym impeccably clean for a gym. Even the locker rooms are clean. This gym is large and has everything you need for any type of workout.
Been going there since they opened. Great staff, great atmosphere, great experience, excellent equipment, super clean. I enjoy my visits.
This gym is great. They have a huge selection of free weights. The staff is friendly. It does get crowded during prime time but that's expected. My favorite part about this gym is the friendly staff though. They're awesome. Very helpful and knowledgable. They are doing some type of construction with the old PT clinic. Not really sure what's going on. But hey hopefully they add some more hammer strength equipment. All in all, great gym!
Members for a few months and we are very happy. Wish they could add a pool, we need one in this town.
I was a member at another gym in Surprise that mysteriously closed. I visited other local gyms and settled here. My kids love the childcare, it's clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. I love that there are monitors for me to check on my kids while I work out! The gym itself is clean with plenty to do. The locker room is always clean, the staff is always friendly.
