It is a really nice gym, and it has very nice facilities. However, when we my husband and I were looking for a gym, it was important to me that they had someone that would instruct me on the equipment. When I asked during our tour, if there would be someone that would explain the equipment, I was told yes, during our fitness consultation. We went to our fitness consultation, and all that consisted of, was a push to sign up for personal training. This gym has it all! I've been to other gyms before but this one is by far my favorite. It is always well maintained. They have a friendly staff who is always there to greet you. Cailey at the front is always friendly and always has a positive attitude! Definitely recommend this gym.
Great gym I love it! Childcare is always clean and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Stephen, the fitness director, is very friendly and clearly explained what I had to do to reach my fitness goal. The personal trainers are AMAZING. Shawna is great and super supportive and motivating. If I ever have a problem they fix it right away. Glad I joined.
I'm a member and for most part it's a good gym. This location is nice, but wait until you go to Arrowhead or the Desert Ridge gyms WOW much better. It seems like this gym was one of the first Mountainside locations when you compare it to the other locations. The other ones are so much better. Even the employees seem to be fresh optimistic and excited to be working for this company. Still this company is much better then what's around that location. Very awesome gym! This place is very nice and clean, contrary to other gyms in the area. The machines are top notch and are kept in good condition. This place has very nice locker rooms and some large multipurpose areas. I haven't taken any fitness classes here yet but I have heard great things about them. I really like the basketball court and the rock climbing wall, both are a blast! I would definitely recommend this gym as the best in the Surprise area.
Amazing gym, super friendly staff, great atmosphere. If something needs repaired, they are on it. If you drop a suggestion it's done. Been going for over 6yrs, wouldn't go anywhere else!
Really great, so far! Joining was quick and painless, and luckily I went in during one of their promotions so only had to pay 1st and last months dues. This gym is very clean which is awesome.The amenities are great and they have tons of classes. Can't wait to try spinning!

Great gym that has a lot of different equipment to offer. It's clean, like new equipment and even the little things like getting a clean towel when you first go in is nice.
