Really great, so far! Joining was quick and painless, and luckily I went in during one of their promotions so only had to pay 1st and last months dues. This gym is very clean which is awesome.The amenities are great and they have tons of classes. Can't wait to try spinning!

Great gym that has a lot of different equipment to offer. It's clean, like new equipment and even the little things like getting a clean towel when you first go in is nice.
I love love love this gym. Everyone one is so nice and welcoming at this gym. The facility is clean , organized , and family friendly. Mountainside is decently priced and is a great gym to bring family and friends.
Old druggie rock music plays on the weekends. The WORST and most annoying possible. Turn it down at least.
I really like this club. I'm on a 5 Day free trial. When it ends I will purchase a membership. It's clean. Not too busy, and the amenities are nice. (I was recently in a car accident and need to do rehab. So I can write the moderately high membership cost off as a medical expense on my taxes.)
My son joined this gym on a month to month summer contract. When he tried to cancel the contract in person, he was told he must drive to Scottsdale to cancel in person at that gym. That was not happening, but the gym continued to charge his credit card (which is my credit card). I called this gym 8 times explaining what my son was told, but no one who answered the phone could help and said I must speak to either Angie or Jenny. (No one knew why he was told to drive to Scottsdale, but no one offered a solution). I left a mess... read more
I am beyond dissappointed with your birthday party staff! I called last week to get details about the birthday party packages at the Surprise location was quoted a price, asked if I needed to book over the phone because I would like to come look around - was told no, come look around and book when you come in. Went down yesterday to look, facility was understandably closed due to the holiday so I called today to book. The price had gone up by $100. I love this gym people are pretty cool and its got a ball court. I think they could use one more free weight squat machine but they have enough other options. But overall solid place to work on my fitness
