When you change your "guest policy" without notification & charge on the first time for a 12 year old. "There is nothing we can do". Terrible customer service.

We love mountainside fitness. The facilities are clean and the machines are well kept. The locker room provides dry and wet sauna for after your workout. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They also provide quality childcare for those with children. Our kids love to go to the gym which helps us stay motivated to keep going. The prices are very affordable for all that you get.

I am not a member of the gym, which is beautiful, but had the best massage from their massage therapist, Tracy Fate! She gives you exactly what you ask for and won't leave you hurting, if your like me and want a light-med pressure. I will definitely be back!! Great prices and worth every penny.
Mountain Side is well equipped, clean with a friendly staff with beautiful amenities. Lots of group exercise classes, clean locker rooms. The only thing I'd like to see is more lighter Dumb Bells for women and light lifters . I am a 39 year veteran of the Health and Fitness industry so my opinion does count for something

I'm a fan of the amenities but I'm not really impressed with the actual gym. The cardio equipment is super dirty and the treadmills need some serious TLC. I was pretty grossed out and there wasn't very many cleaning stations, people are lazy even at the gym. Please add more and more hand sanitizer. Staff was your typical gym staff young and bored, sales person was super nice though which I was happy about I had shopped that gym about 3 times (this time actually getting a pass) and she was the only one that was full disclosur... read more

Samantha, thank you for your review. We are committed to providing a clean environment at all our clubs and noting that during peak hours this can be a challenge. With that said, the club has 12 wipe dispensers, 4 hand sanitizer stations + free towel service available, and we do encourage our members to wipe down equipment after use. Joined this place about two weeks ago and loving it. Been going to yoga classes, tried their elliptical & rowing machines then steam sauna. Friendly staff, clean place and offers other classes such as Zumba, cycle, etc. There are free lockers (bring your own lock) big enough for your duffle bag and a yoga mat. Pretty nice gym that hopefully keeps up with good customer service.

Really enjoy this gym it is way to busy for me from 5-7:30ish M-F but the other times the gym is great. They have a rock climbing wall which is great seems to be geared toward kids with how easy the route is. I would love to see some harder routes so I can practice my climbing. They also have AMT precore open stride trainer which is a huge win hardly andy gyms carry these. The bathrooms are very nice with the sauna and steam room.

Love going to MSF!! Workouts are great, the staff is amazing and the facility is clean!!! My personal trainer, Stephen Peters, is such a fantastic person. He is knowledgeable and because I have only one leg, he thinks outside of the box with me at our sessions. He always gives 110% of his time and energy towards me and his other clients
