Very disappointed ! Over charging for everything ( food, drinks etc ) . Very expensive for what they offer ! Extremely disappointed ! DO NOT RENT THIS HOTEL EVER ! Very close with subway and 9/11 memorial .
- Das Zimmer war klein, keine Kaffeemaschine, kein Schrank, kein Bademantel oder Hausschuhe, putzen nur alle 3 Tage, Personal zu wenig lange Wartezeiten. Frühstück so la la resp. Musste lange warten. Kompliziert. Somit für uns nein danke. Der Preis war sehr hoch für das was wir erhalten haben. Nicht viel.

Es war angenehm, für den hohen Preis hätten wir allerdings mehr erwartet. Das Housekeeping kam sehr unregelmäßig bzw. es war unvorhersehbar, wann sie kommen würden. Die Lage war super, gerade zu Silvester, da man schnell bei der Brooklyn Bridge war. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Not a good value, the staff has an attitude Basically everything at this hotel is designed to be inefficient and time wasting. They charge you an automatic 25$ per day and you can only get snacks and some drinks from the bar with that amount. It took the staff at least 15 min to prepare a cup of tea every single time. Some of the bartenders, especially at nights, had an attitude and one refused to make me a tea as he was not a barista but a bartender. What a joke of a service. Once and never again 29 floors and only 2 elevators worked. Room was extremely small. Although i saw the size before booking i assumed more accessible storage space not a small section under bed. Restrooms as well tiny no storage area. For the price i would not recommend nor ever stay there again. I recommend hilton or Canopy for families. Location was good walking distance to park and all subways. Joes pizza (spiderman pizza spot) is around the corner.
Was great at the time but sustained bed bug bites from the room BED BUGS in the room!! This is a health hazard and big issue for a hotel and other guests The property was nice and the staff were friendly
