Fair Accueil très froid et organisation très complexe et confuse (petit dej inclus dans la resa mais pas prévu lors du checkin, paiement fait à l’arrivée mais géré par prélèvements successifs qui a conduit ma banque à bloquer ma carte bancaire, personnel peu sympathique alors que partout ailleurs les NY sont très sympas…) Établissement très bien situé pour visiter NY

Different rooms with issues Diverse kamers hadden mankementen waardoor zowel ik als collega verplaats moesten worden. Ik heb hier klacht over ingediend, geen reactie gehoord. Achteraf hoorde ik dat Amerikaanse collega's direct als compensatie een hoop miles/punten op loyalty programma kaart kregen bijgeschreven. Ik heb niets gehoord, noch een compensatie gekregen Locatie en vrolijke sfeer op 3de etage
Un très mauvais séjour. Je ne recommanderai pas cet hôtel. Hôtel à éviter! Le rapport qualité prix est très mauvais. Le prix est très élevé alors que la chambre est minuscule. Il n'y a pas d'équipement de rangement. Il faut réclamer pour que la chambre soit nettoyée. La bonde du lavabo ne fonctionnait pas malgré la demande de réparation. Le réglage de la douche ne fonctionnait pas bien. La situation géographique
Disappointing Elevator wait times were long. Staff at reception were not welcoming. Lobby music was always too loud, even during the day. Rooms was small but efficient in layout, perfect for solo traveler.
