It’s a great location and half the price of the other hotels in nyc but if we return we would pay more for a hotel that The room wasn’t cleaned or towels changed in the 5 days we stayed Our son is a really fussy eater so we went out to grab him cereal. When we came back to the hotel we asked if we could get a bowl to take to the room for the cereal and she said they had no bowls. It’s a restaurant that serves food. Fair I didn’t like that the flooring was dusty and the elevators took way too long, it was faster to take the stairs up 15 floors… another thing is, they charged me $114 on my card a few days after my stay but when I called they just said the charge will come off in a few days. Waited a week, the charge is still there. When asked, they were adamant it was just a room service fee that they have to figure out, but gave me no details or did not look it up to see what the actual charge was, he rudely put me on hold and I’m sure ... read more
Poor
Disappointed Room was VERY small. Once the suitcases were open only small path to bathroom and door. Most I every paid for the smallest room we had ever stayed in Room and bathroom very clean.

Would be all happy if they hadn’t tried to charge me $25 per night on top of the already high nightly price Moxy charges $25 (net) destination fee on top of the booked price! I cannot find this written anywhere and also should be done prominently if this is the case. Another employee was then willing to wave the charge after complaining. Absolutely feels like a scam and should be calculated into the nightly rate from the get go so customers can make an informed decision.
terrible and the worst place i’ve ever stayed. it was like a frat house with no amenities at all nothing it was the worse place i’ve ever stayed
Good location. Does not fit with the booking description and beware of overpaying (despite all fees/taxes included i - breakfast system - transparency behind the booking fees (beware!)
