Painlessly dealt with an expensive damaged tire with minimal input from me - dealer handled it directly with MPP and then texted me the car was ready with a new tire and confirmation that the other tire on same axle was sufficiently new to avoid a need for replacement.

Outstanding from my view . To many times we pay for a service and all is good until we gave to submit a claim. My dealer handled the whole claim and all I know the claim was handled

Sorry to hear all but experiences, however, I couldn’t be happier. So far I have gotten what I was promised, specifically on my tires as much as i drive.. all have been replaced without many questions, at Vandagrif Toyota in Arlington Tx. And I’m expecting the same service if I ever need to use the GAP insurance portion. Keep up the good work. One theory I learn is ask to speak with the right person, who’s knowledge enough about what service covers, not the receptionist.!!
