Service was quick and everyone we came in contact with was friendly and helpful.
Stretching finances due to high inflation, it was nice having not cost for an oil change coverage.
It was a trouble free experience! To be able to have my car repaired and not have to worry as a single person, how I was going to be to pay for it. And I was provided transportation to get be able to get to work. Thank you MPP for being there for me!!!
We have warranty for flat tires. We get 2 flat with nails and 2 holes and instead to get the new one they say to the dealer get the tire patch. That ia not good
I was leaving town for a 2000 trip. So I took my car in for an oil change because the car was at 1 6% life of the oil. MPP would not change the oil. I explained that I did not want to change the oil at some place that I had never been before. No luck. The car was close to needing an oil changed anyway.
Took in my car and they kept it for 3 days and apparently fixed the problem and charged $177.72 for whatever part they fixed and it DID NOT fix my issue.
Purchased a Premium service package from my dealership for a lease, 18 months into a 36 month lease AC went out and I was told by the dealership that the premium service plan I had would not cover the repair. Stating that I was at fault, ran over something that punctured the compressor, dealership placed all the blame on my service plan.
These people have been very unprofessional and not helpful and I got in an accident were I almost lost my life. It’s interesting these are Americans I’m speaking to… now my wife and I are in collections and these people do not care. The supervisor screamed at my wife on the phone (what a coward of a guy) knowing he wouldn’t act like that if we were face to face. Looking for some result ASAP!!!
