It was a trouble free experience! To be able to have my car repaired and not have to worry as a single person, how I was going to be to pay for it. And I was provided transportation to get be able to get to work. Thank you MPP for being there for me!!!

I took my 2019 **** Expedition to a **** dealership because it was clattering when you start it. They informed me that it was the cam shaft sensor going bad. Filed a claim with MPP, which has been denied due to no fault code being present. It clearly states in the contract that you must do everything possible to prevent further damage. Thats what I was doing. This claim has been denied, and Im sure when I do have a complete failure, that claim will be denied also. Very frustrating and disappointing experience.

Got the silver plan on 7/22/25. 10 months in (April/2026) I ************** from the dealership. I called MPP and spoke to a man named ***** who was very short with me. Note: This is the VERY FIRST time calling them. Anyway, I Brought the car into the dealership to get it serviced and was told MPP denied it. I read out exactly what was needed to ***** before brining in the vehicle to the dealership; he said to have them send pictures of the issue (inner and outer Axle boot leak which shows it's covered under Front/Rear wheel ... read more

We are in the process of canceling our daughter's GAP ins and warranties on her car because she is refinancing with a different lender. I called MPP today to cancel the GAP and warranty and they said yes, we will send me an email and it will have a link and you just esign and that starts the cancelation process. The email had a link in it, it was not hyperlinked and it was http. We have warranty for flat tires. We get 2 flat with nails and 2 holes and instead to get the new one they say to the dealer get the tire patch. That ia not good
