My vehicle was purchased new from GP Ford and is under full warranty. The vehicle has an exhaust leak in the engine and was told I would have to leave my vehicle there for two weeks for diagnostics. Tech told me no loaner vehicle for me until the part is ordered. I’m just supposed to go rent a vehicle out of pocket for a vehicle that is under full manufacture warranty. This is unacceptable. I will continue to write reviews until this is handled appropriately. Thanks, One very unhappy customer
I wish I didn’t have to bring the vehicle back to a specific location when you purchase a service that can be done somewhere else, and in all instances I had a negative experience.
Worst warranty claim ever involved with, radiator failure ruined all hoses and lines associated they covered minimum
I think your program is terrible. Unable to reach a representative after 5pm on Fridays and they did not reimburse me for the full cost of the tire. I would recommend you to anyone.
I purchased their extended warranty with the expectation of having services covered and or reimbursed. It is going on close to two months with multiple emails for a resolution and still no payment. DO NOT PURCHASE OR WORK WITH MPP. Wasted money spent on false expectations.
Bad bad experience the first time with that women I don’t know her name but the second time it was good but still they didn’t put air on my tires and I ask the first time on February and now but they still forgetting
Was told at the time of purchase oil changes were covered every 6k miles. At the time of service the coverage was denied saying oil changes are every 10k.
Don't let you get a word in with contention for customer service. Will con you on your GAP payout by double dipping on perceived condition adjustments.
This is the second time I put a claim under MPP. The first time, they said I dont have coverage, so i got my files/proof in order and after getting the run around someone actually helped me but only after calling them several times and was put on hold for hours. The 2nd time, they started grilling me about my claim. I dont think they understand that Im paying for this. Im not sure if its MPP or toyota grapevine texas thats doing it.
