Sorry to hear all but experiences, however, I couldn’t be happier. So far I have gotten what I was promised, specifically on my tires as much as i drive.. all have been replaced without many questions, at Vandagrif Toyota in Arlington Tx. And I’m expecting the same service if I ever need to use the GAP insurance portion. Keep up the good work. One theory I learn is ask to speak with the right person, who’s knowledge enough about what service covers, not the receptionist.!!

Because of a negative and a verbally abusive and demeaning conversation with *****************************, I was told my service contract with its dealership was voided. Immediately, l contacted MPP to cancel my paid contract with *********** because of their refusal to provide me with service. Instead of cancelling my service contract, the MPP customer service representative explained my dilemma to a high ranking company official who asked if l were interested in transferring my contract to another local ****** dealership ... read more
I left a review on 03/06 regarding cancellation not being backdated. MPP was kind to consider my request and backdate my cancellation to 1/11/2023 the original date that I requested cancellation. I appreciate the consideration and attention from MPP.

I have had MPP For a couple of years and when I needed some sensors they covered it saving me $500, All if my oil changes have been covered I really haven't had any Major problems to see if it was covered, but I enjoyed my agent BJ. B ******* He has been Awesome an Asset to the Company. I am in ***** OUTSTANDING SERVICE and I will be Renewing with them again. I had a reasonable price.
