Took my car in for a repair that was under warranty and dealership diagnosed it within hours.. great, right? I took my car in Monday 4/28/2025 for repairs. The dealership had the diagnose by 11 am. MPP didn't agree with the diagnose and decided they will send one of their people in 48 hrs to confirm. They waited until the last minute to go look at my car at the dealership and end up approving only one of the 2 issues. The people at the dealership are being extremely nice and helpful working with us and dealing with MPP people, which I have to say, they are being rude and hard to work with. Hello Abril. Sorry to hear that you feel that your vehicle service agreement isn't providing the service needed. We did assign an inspector and while they verified the mounts were had failed, they could not confirm any failure to the waterpump. The service technician concurred. Upon your call the other day, we re-assigned an inspector to inspect again and are waiting on that communication. It took 6 days to have two tires replaced. If I had not had a second car, I would’ve been home locked for 6 days.
I took over 1.5 hours to complete an oil change. That was scheduled.b
After 3 hours of waiting to even be seen, I was told I needed $600 of new brakes because I must be driving on dirt roads to damage them in 30 days since I bought the car. I had a Manager come over to substantiate this claim. He was rude and condescending. The dealership is 2 hours from me. I drove 4 hours & waited 3 to be disrespected and have zero maintenance done.

Not worth the hassle. They love taking your money but when they have to pay for something it’s a huge ordeal. The rules and policies make 0 sense. It’s designed that way so that you just get fed up with it all and pay out of pocket. Why would I need to leave my vehicle at the tire shop for 3 days for filing a claim on a tire? I would rate this company half a star if possible. After a disappointing experience, I canceled my policy upon realizing the company’s approach felt deceptive. Their terms and conditions include not only fine print but seemingly hidden clauses as well. The process is so cumbersome that it almost feels designed to lead customers to cancel. It’s disheartening to pay for a coverage plan, only to find that accessing benefits is so complicated that covering repair costs independently often seems like the better option.
