I cancelled my warranty on my RV in less than a year. They represent that they give you a pro-rated refund. They sent me two refund checks one cleared the other bounced. I talked to their customer service as well as ************** head of finance and provided copies of the returned deposit checks that had been issued by their Bank ***** Fargo. ************** contacted our office on December 21, 2022 requesting the cancelation on the vehicle service agreement and ***************** agreement purchased on his RV. Those refunds were calculated on a pro-rata basis. Because ************** had purchased two separate products, the refund checks were separate for each product and sent to ************** on December 23, 2022. Bought the platinum package. The dealer stressed it covered everything. My a/c condenser went out. The policy specifically says it covers this part but mpp says a rock caused the damage so they won't cover it. Even the tech at the dealer said he doesn't know what caused it. Biggest scam around!!
Got stuck with these scam artists by my ****** Dealer's finance **** who told me I had to have GAP insurance to get financed. I was also told if I sold or traded the car in, i would get money back. Well good luck with that! 10 emails back and forth w MPP and sending them every document they asked for to then be told i would be sent a link, which never came, to upload same documents already sent. Doubtful i will ever see a dime
They make you jump through hoops to avoid having to pay a claim in my experience. I had a covered car in for service2 days at the dealer. My MPP policy covered $35.00 a day toward a rental car. I called MPP with the dealer receipt of all the work performed, and the rental car receipt. They would not accept the paperwork and wanted me to go back to the dealer and have them call MPP to start a claim, THEN I could send my paperwork to MPP to get my $70.00.
