So far, this is nothing but an extremely overpriced oil change service.

If you total a vehicle within the warranty coverage don't expect any money back. I recently totaled a 2022 Ram with 25,500 miles left under the extended warranty and was denied a prorated refund. This company not only charged me the amount of around 4,000 dollars for the initial warranty plan. But also upon totaling my truck deducted all repairs made under warranty from my refund value. To me this feels somewhat like double taxation. Customers should not be penalized for repairs made under warranty against the premium paid. ... read more

Worthless warranty. I paid over 3K for the platinum warranty three years ago when I purchased my vehicle. I’ve never used it. This week my O2 sensors went bad. They covered less than a third of the bill. So little in fact I just brought the vehicle home and did the work myself. What a waste of money. This is a joke, you stole my money and refuse to pay for the things you agreed to. Not only that, you refused to pay for the diagnostic fees to even find out what the issue is. How are we supposed figure out the issue if you don... read more

DO NOT BUY AN EXTENDED WARRANTY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They are more interested in making money than the safety of the tires they’re supposed to provide road hazard insurance for! I had a nail ON the line of no return and after the dealership tried for almost 3 hours to get a response from them, they finally looked at the picture and decided that since it wasn’t over the line but on it, it’s fine and could be patched. REALLY? The service tech told me when he saw it that it needed to be replaced. I spoke with MPP on the phone a... read more

2 weeks to satisfaction. I purchased a vehicle and added MPP coverage at the time of purchase. When I got a nail in my tire and took it to the dealership to replace, the service department said my coverage was suspended. The correspondence took two weeks to remedy a clerical error. While the dealership offered nothing to “soften the blow,” I was car-less for two weeks with little to no information. A huge waiting game I would’ve enjoyed going without. After the issue was cleared, I was happy with my same day service. Hoping ... read more

Extremely unhelpful and scam artists. Car was declared a total loss the last week of January, I called first week of Feb. The lady on the phone told me that I needed to wait to start a claim because of some other warranties needing to hit to pay the bank. Then when they hit it still wasn't enough to cover the remaining balance and called back in March, they finally opened a claim and all the needed paperwork was uploaded to their systems by end of April after so much back and forth on my end going between my insurance and ba... read more

My 2020 Ford F-150 Lariat began to show blue smoke. Bob Tomes Ford found an MPP covered part had failed and was dumping oil into the catalytic converter, destroying it. MPP chose to cover the failed part, about $700, but would not cover the catalytic converter it destroyed. If the catalytic converter had failed on its own, I’d understand because the warranty says it does not cover catalytic converters. But the failure of the covered part caused the failure of the other, and I paid for the MPP “Platinum” plan. Naturally, the ... read more
