At my first service appointment at Camelback Toyota, I waited hours for approval from the warranty company to replace a "conversion tube" in my A/C. The approval didn't come during that visit because SOMEONE had entered the INCORRECT MILEAGE with the warranty company, showing mileage 10,000 more than my actual mileage. Phx, AZ - Not a very impressive warranty company at all. I, as the customer, heard a valve train problem in my vehicle. I was not impressed with past service and answers from service advisors and service manager at Peoria Ford. So I took my truck to Bell Ford as they said they could honor MPP. It takes me three hours to get an oil change every time it is not acceptable and I would like to cancel
MPP plan is hidden charged plan and it wont get any additional benefits for the new vehicle as we have already new vehicle warranty covers the most of it and its really not worth plan
Purchase the warranty from a ford dealer on a used gmc Sierra , ended up having a bad fuel pump and took it to a gmc dealer where we went fourth with a claim with mpp. Inspector agreed that the fuel pump needs replacing and now mpp is saying there is not enough evidence to replace pump which me as the customer and gmc and their professional mechanical totally disagree what more do you need the facts where shown and given ? Long story short, they overcharge for warranties and won’t honor them when the time comes. Avoid at all cost
100% absolutely a zero. If you get your truck serviced at Peoria Ford they do not have any way of getting access to your keys and will not contact you properly before locking up your keys for the weekend. I’m a single female and my keys were also attached to my apartment keys. I was unable to access my apartment and have no family available to help me out. Silver plan. Front hubs not covered on fwd/awd car (!!!???). Those are Not wear items like brakes or tires but they are part of the drivetrain if not the suspension. No phone support. Contacted Berkshire Hathaway Automotive. No return contact yet. #260652
This is by far the worst perchising experience I've ever had. I wish there was a way to make this whole experience just go away. I will never buy or even recommend anyone from perchising any vehicle from Capital chevrolet again . I really hope there's going to be a way for me to be reimbursed for the fees I'm having to pay for the repairs on a truck I got 3 weeks ago. Hopefully we can all this figured out.
