They used to be great. My truck system as well as the Chevy app would tell me time to get an oil change and even connect me to dealership to schedule. I do like it says as I do not want to interfere with the warranty. Now I have to run it critically low to the point I am either at 2% or I have exceeded the mileage requirement. Basically run the oil in your truck to the very limit before it dies and then change. Just let the oil get right to the point of failure, point it is breaking down and then replace. The product I bought was for “prepaid maintenance” but does not cover all recommended maintenance (only oil, filter, and tire rotation). What about the rest? Then both the auto shop and I had to call to get me covered because they didn’t give the employee all the coverage details (they just told him it was too early) and didn’t even give me all the details during the second call until I had to start arguing, at which point they said I was still covered as long as the car displayed a message indicating that I needed an oil ch... read more

Morning, my truck was serviced at Scottsdale AirPark (customer#804221), oil change, tires rotated and Zaktek exterior coating. Prior to my appointment, I was informed it would take 3 hours for the service. Day of my appointment, I pull up before they were open at (06:58). I asked Anthony for a loaner due to the length of service time.I was told, I had to request in advance and none available. I took my vehicle to Capitol Chevrolet to get a tire fixed. I had a screw in my tire and it had to be replaced. The service department took care of it. Now, on to the complaint… the service department ran a diagnostics on my vehicle WITHOUT MY PERMISSION nor did they tell me that they were going to do it. Did it need to be done?? Probably so. There's no point in paying a guarantee that doesn't cover the failures of the car. I'm going to cancel it

Terrible experience. It was such a hassle to get my tire replaced. I was at the dealership for hours going back and forth with them to get my tire replace. Finally after speaking with several people they agreed to honor the tire that was on my car, which was the tire my car was purchased with. It should never be that difficult!!

My experience was awful. After waiting almost 20 minutes on hold someone answered then hung up immediately. So I called back and after about 10 minutes on hold I talked to a gentleman who was frankly rude and not very helpful. I had the last 4 digits of my vin number and was told I needed the last 6 which I knew from being on hold for so long but I was in the car driving and didn’t quite have access to that info at that time and was told there was no other way to look up my account. Still within their warranty guidelines, failed to cover repairs of my turbo because of an issue with a filter that Ford said did not cause the problem. Not only that, the Ford dealer would call them multiple times and have to leave messages that no one would or has returned. The Ford dealer is claiming MPP as a "third rate" warranty company and recommends not to use them in the future... I'd have to agree.
