Terrible experience. It was such a hassle to get my tire replaced. I was at the dealership for hours going back and forth with them to get my tire replace. Finally after speaking with several people they agreed to honor the tire that was on my car, which was the tire my car was purchased with. It should never be that difficult!!
My experience was awful. After waiting almost 20 minutes on hold someone answered then hung up immediately. So I called back and after about 10 minutes on hold I talked to a gentleman who was frankly rude and not very helpful. I had the last 4 digits of my vin number and was told I needed the last 6 which I knew from being on hold for so long but I was in the car driving and didn’t quite have access to that info at that time and was told there was no other way to look up my account. Still within their warranty guidelines, failed to cover repairs of my turbo because of an issue with a filter that Ford said did not cause the problem. Not only that, the Ford dealer would call them multiple times and have to leave messages that no one would or has returned. The Ford dealer is claiming MPP as a "third rate" warranty company and recommends not to use them in the future... I'd have to agree.
No claim was honored. When requested refund, I was denied. It was confirmed that atleast half amount will be refunded . It’s a complete waste of money. Made many requests on phone but no claim was honored or money refunded. Very bad experience
DO NOT GET GAP FROM MPP!!!! They refused to pay the full remaining balance after the insurance paid off their part because my vehicle was not “Dealer/Retail condition”. When I asked them what that means they told me because the interior wasn’t waxed and vacuumed they would not pay the full amount. My truck was in perfect condition, no scratches, no dents, no stains on interior. Worse company and even worst customer service. I called on 11/3/23 to cancel a gap insurance and it usually takes 24-48 hours to do so I just called 11/08 to make sure it was right and the rude woman that answered (unfortunately i didnt get her name) just said it hasnt been done and hung up the phone. Just completed a gap claim through MPP, and when I review my loan, I still had a balance. Funny because I was always explained that GAP paid off the remaining balance. When I call to ask why it wasn’t all paid off, they mentioned they had “exclusions” and one of them being they do NOT pay off any principal balance… oh is that right? So I get hit by someone running a red light? Im out a car, still stuck with the car payment while MPP decides to take their sweet time processing the claim, just to be left with ONE more payment.... read more

Frustrated that MPP warranty denied my claim (Silver Coverage) The adjuster justified that the component wasn't covered because it wasn't part of the engine. The dealership recommended service:Cylinder Head - Valve - Lifter / Lash Adjuster The Valve Lifter / Lash Adjuster allows for slight changes in the opening and closing of valves.
