Do not recommend. I made an appointment for my dog to be seen here for the first time. The appointment time was at 2:20 pm, I was under the impression it was at 2:30. We arrived at 2:33pm for our appointment. The vet refused to see my dog and said we had to reschedule. I took the day off for this appointment, so we'll definitely be going to a different vet. Spend your money where it is appreciated. Also, front desk staff a bit dry, didn't seem to care at all.

The most rude, heartless and ignorant staff I've ever spoken to. So childish and petty. They do not even deserve negative stars, let alone any stars. Do Not waist your time and your loved pets.

For 15 years I took my pets to this veterinarian clinic. A little pricey & run a lot of unnecessary tests but it's all OK because I love my pets. Then my cat gets sick and these people just started to fleece me. They saw my cat one time for 45 minutes and determined she was sick, they attempted to charge me $900 for that 45 minute visit. They under quoted their estimates by hundreds of dollars, they said their computer was down and put unauthorized credit card charges to my account, refused to give me an itemized receipt, to... read more

I recently brought our 19 year old cat for treatment of a benign cyst. Our cat scratched off the scab after Dr. Hagler advised we remove the protective collar and she now has an infection and a hole exposing her ear canal. I responded to an on-line survey (this office is only interested in positive survey results and it you have any negative feedback you will be asked to leave their practice) after Dr. Tam mis-diagnosed that the scab was dead skin and advised it be surgically removed or it would fall off on its own and we... read more

IF YOU LOVE YOUR ANIMAL DON'T BRING THEM HERE! **FIRST TIME NEW PATIENT APPOINTMENT** re: Dr. Elaine Fan **EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL** TIMELINESS = TERRIBLE First we had an appointment and waited half an hour to be brought into one of their rooms. I for one do not want to keep my animal in a carrier stressing them out more than need be. Appointment = HORRIBLE Second clue something was wrong was we noticed there was no weight scale in the room. A tech came in and asked more general questions of why we brou... read more

Not at all happy with the way I was treated by a receptionist named "Debbie",..when picking up Vet food for our dogs...she and Kim seem more interested in bringing lots of money for their Vet Dr...than truly caring for sick dogs well being..very rude and arrogant office.. transferred dogs to new vet..what goes around ..comes around..good bye...I do not reccomend this vet.D.

We have been going to this practice since 2012 and just had a terrible experience with their technician. Our regular Dr. was not available and we were waiting for a new doctor to finish up with her dental work which was delaying. My dog had been terrified when a technician showed up so I suggested that we use their leash to take her in the backroom. She always cooperated with their experienced female technician but not this inexperienced Edward guy. After putting the leash on her, he literally DRAGGED her by the neck on th... read more

Pros: They take time to explain everything, check up on us to make sure everything is ok, and typically offer same day appts. They did our initial exam for free because our dog was a rescue. Cons: They are expensive--even when compared to the emergency clinic we had to take our dog to one night. Fluids, injections, and exam were all more expensive at this vet than the same services given at the emergency vet in Concord the week before--and that was with the $50 additional emergency fee. I also don't feel like this vet ... read more
