Not at all happy with the way I was treated by a receptionist named "Debbie",..when picking up Vet food for our dogs...she and Kim seem more interested in bringing lots of money for their Vet Dr...than truly caring for sick dogs well being..very rude and arrogant office.. transferred dogs to new vet..what goes around ..comes around..good bye...I do not reccomend this vet.D.
We have been going to this practice since 2012 and just had a terrible experience with their technician. Our regular Dr. was not available and we were waiting for a new doctor to finish up with her dental work which was delaying. My dog had been terrified when a technician showed up so I suggested that we use their leash to take her in the backroom. Pros: They take time to explain everything, check up on us to make sure everything is ok, and typically offer same day appts. They did our initial exam for free because our dog was a rescue. Cons: They are expensive--even when compared to the emergency clinic we had to take our dog to one night. Fluids, injections, and exam were all more expensive at this vet than the same services given at the emergency vet in Concord the week before--and that was with the $50 additional emergency fee.
