"I have been retired from the auto finance business since..." I have been retired from the auto finance business since 1995 and have delt with many service departments at dealerships. The treatment at Southeast was tops so I gave them a great rating. They deserved it. They checked my vehicle and came to me with recomendations and I requested the work I wanted done. Hyundai of Murfreesboro is the most shameless, deceitful, and predatory dealership I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Their service department is nothing but a fraudulent money pit, designed to rip off every single customer who walks through their doors. Service dept are liars I put in a warranty request, I called them for 4 weeks leaving service manager a voicemail to call me back they never did finally spoke to Scot a manager who stated the warranty claim got denied I called Hyundai directly they informed me no claim was put in. Hmmm liars are the worst now Scot won’t answer my calls

Everything we go to this dealership. It is a frustrating experience. I love my Hyundai. But will never by another one from murfreesboro hyundai. Every time we have been to this dealership has been awful!!

Absolutely bar none, one of "THE WORSE" service departments ever. I am 53 years old and I am a former ASE mechanic. I am no longer able to bend over the hood of a car without my back absolutely killing me. I took my car to this place and they were to put in a rack and pinion since I could not get into the cars computer for a relearn of the steering sensors. I towed the car here back on April the 2nd 2024. This place kept my car for 4 months. They put in 5 rack and pinions that were brand new that they ordered from Hyundai. T... read more

This dealership only provided me with one key to my vehicle, sold me an extended service agreement on the key. The extended service agreement refuses to honor agreement because it states the dealership must supply two keys. The dealership is refusing to pay for a second key.

Service department is an absolute JOKE. Recent snow storms left me with damage to my vehicle, and my first mistake was thinking I was doing the right thing by having work done on my 2023 Kona directly at the dealership. We dropped the car off on a Thursday to see exactly what needed to be fixed. Days go by, a week goes by and no one has even LOOKED at the car yet. It’s just been sitting for over a week. I explained the problem with my 2018 Hyundai and made an appointment a few weeks ago. The appointment was finally here, only to find out that the “appointment” was to leave my car for 2-3 weeks for them to look at it when they got to it! Of course I didn’t leave the car.
