After waiting 7 months on my vehicle, I still have yet to have my engine replaced under warranty. The dealership doesn't seem to prioritize their customers appropriately by reimbursement of a loaner or rental vehicle. I will gladly update this if things change, but as of right now, it's been a very poor experience purchasing a car from Murfreesboro Hyundai. I purchased a used vehicle from them on 12/29/22, after speaking with several salesman over a week or so time period. I asked all the important questions about maintenance, inspections, etc. and was told the vehicle was in great shape, was very clean, and there were no issues whatsoever. I was charged $109. for an oil change today. This is double the going rate. As a senior citizen I was taken advantage off.

DO NOT buy a used car HERE, bought a car & 4 weeks later find out transmission bad , cost $7000.00 + labor & also fluid. Now I am trying to find a used one from local mac. 1 STAR IS TO HIGH!!!!!!!!!!!! One older person was nice , the rest sucked! KEEP on driving somewhere else or get screwed!

This is the worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. They have done nothing to my vehicle for almost a month. I have dealt with multiple different advisors who tell me my car will be looked at soon but can never get a definitive answer. I have also spoke to two different managers who also say they will help but they never call me back. They all just say what they need to to get me off the phone. It’s disgusting how they do business. The service became horrible. It has been two months already, and the manager responsible for the warranty of the car has not claimed it with Hyundai yet. They don't give you a replacement car meanwhile, either. And this is for the car under warranty. I would never buy another Hyundai again because of the very bad service in Murfreesboro.

Very disorganized and fragmented operation. We seemed to get there during a Friday evening rush. However, even the gentlemen that had responded to my online inquiry ultimately admitted that some of the other salesman had just “gone missing”. The experience got worse after a test drive. We were reassigned to another salesman that poured the cars sales 101 handbook on us thick. The tactics were so intentionally manipulative and disingenuous that it was obvious and somewhat insulting. I would never buy Hyundai again. Never! Servive is really bad, here is why: our car after 60K miles got a dead engine ( this is with a regular check-up). but this is not the worst. It has been two months already and the Murfreesboro Hyundai still has not contacted Hyundai warranty to get approval for the engine UNDER warranty to be approved.
