I’ve never worked with a more competent salesman than Alex Cunningham. He’s smart and cares about his clients.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have bought 2 cars from this dealership and first let me say that I had no issues with the sales folks, it's the service folks who are a joke. My daughter's car, a 2020 Elantra, is supposed to get free oil changes as part of the sale. Well, good luck with that! You can never get the service department to answer the phone or if they do answer the phone, they claim they don't have an available appointment for MONTHS! My daughter actually took off from work today and drove the 50 miles there ... read more
Purchased new 2022 Elantra with multiple issues immediately, have been told first open service appointment is mid February. Reaching out to corporate and mgmt for assistance.
Antwon in parts department really dropped the ball. First time I checked on the part it was never ordered from him, the next week it was pushed back a different date, called when the date came and someone else told me it was never ordered then I checked again a few days later and it turned out it was ordered a couple days ago. Who ever Antwon is really needs to stop wasting customers time and money

Other than the manager pretty much calling me a liar and then hiding in his office for the rest of my visit, my sales experience was fine. But here I am looking silly at the DMV 31 days later with expired temp tags. They 'dont know what happened' and will get the paperwork sent over as soon as possible. That's super helpful....if you live in Alabama this dealership cannot handle your business.
