I have never felt more disrespected by a car dealership. Their original offer was offensive and the amount of times they contacted me to try to pressure me into taking their horrendous offer was inappropriate.
Buyer beware of Terry D Hill. Blatantly lied about not marking up a vehicle over msrp. And dishonest practice of pressuring me to buy by adding on non existent charges then offering to remove them if I quickly purchased.
The level of incompetence in the service department is astonishing. They had my 2017 Tucson for two weeks for a transmission warranty repair…and I never received a call. I had to call them to find out if they received the part, and to get an estimate on cost. I gave them two weeks to contact me first before calling. Then when I did call, I was told that they had no idea when the part would be in and he couldn’t give me a price because “it depends on how long it takes the technician to do it”. Update: after speaking with the service manager, they did agree to pay the invoice from the second shop that fixed the loose cradle and sway links. Went to buy a truck they had listed online when my family and I arrived at opening time on Monday after a half hour drive I was told it's not available because they are holding it because their sales managers father might want it. Didn't care about my business, didn't offer any apologies or even to show me anything else. I’m used to the stereotypical pushy inconsiderate salesman so when I started working with Taylor Cunningham I wasn’t sure what was happening! He’s the opposite of every salesman I’ve worked with. He takes his time and pays attention to what your wanting and doesn’t push beyond that.
I was under the impression car buying is stressful and unpleasant but my experience here with Boyce has been the exact opposite!

This is the definition of a STEALERSHIP! ! They will do you dirty and don’t give a xxxx. They go about their business! I been trying to get in contact with them about my “power train warranty “ that I did pay extra for and have YET to hear from anyone!
