"Liars, cheats, and crooks" I love my Veracruz, thankfully it was purchased from another dealer. While having my car inspected for loosing power I was told that since my car was purchased by my father and now in my possession the 100k mile extended warranty was not covered, since I'm not the person who purchased it. "WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! " I am so disappointed in the service department!! WE LOVE OUR SONATA!! LOVE,LOVE,LOVE the car, but the service department is terrible ... "They will try to scam you for more money though service" had my car serviced in December and had a full diagnostic check done on it and at the end of the day I paid about $1,200 which is fine ,but I still had a little more work needed and I didn't have the money at the time so I told them I would come back and we could pick up where we started. Seriously thought I could wait for it. "Service department did not have all the parts needed to..." Service department did not have all the parts needed to complete the basic 40,000 mile service. Warning light came on the day after service. Service advisor did not listen to what I was saying, in regards to problem areas regarding the car. I don't feel any of the concerns were checked because the problems persist.

"Ran Diagnostics for one week, fixed minor problem and..." Ran Diagnostics for one week, fixed minor problem and missed major A/C compressor problem. Tech diagnosed major issue within 2 minutes after I inssited a tech ride with me. Service manager went from defensive, to aggressive, to down right rude. They never fixed A/C compressor problem. My cost including rental car was over $400.00 for "new spark plugs."
