"Go to Honda of Murfreesboro " GO TO HONDA OF MURFREESBORO INSTEAD!!! Not very happy with the Service Department at Hyundai... It’s been 3 separate occasions where they have proved inadequate. "service after the sale" My son bought a used 17 Murano from this dealership. The sale went great. Mike done his job and got the money and closed the deal and made everyone happy. The problem is we cant get these knuckle heads in service to get the weowe done. The vehicle had been dropped off twice for exhaust work and perma plate. The first time the car never got touched in all the time it was there. No one contacted us to let us know that they wouldn't be able to get the work done because it had to be out sourced. "Worst customer service I have ever encountered " Worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership! On Saturday 14 July, 2018, while on a family getaway our brand new 2018 VW Atlas (with less than 1,100 miles) had a mechanical issue. I called VW Road side assistance and a tow truck was sent to our location in order to take the vehicle to the nearest dealer for service. "Horrible service department" Absolutely the worst dealership we have ever dealt with. Service doesn't answer the phone, nobody calls you with updates about your vehicle, and they blatantly lie to you about things when it comes to your vehicle. We want to be customers of this place, but they can not seem to get their act together, which is why we do not spend any money possible at this place. "Horrible experience" We bought a Dodge Truck. We were told it had been through the service department. NOT!! On our way home, the interior lights did not work, noise in dashboard even key gob and they said we would get us another, wipers did not work. The came and picked up the truck and kept it 2 weeks. Said it was fixed, it was not. They picked it up again, took it to a dodge dealer to get it fixed and kept it 3 weeks. Truck was Canadian and had to have Canadian parts. "bad service" I recently bought a truck that was supposed to been serviced, checked, etc and now, I am having nothing but problems. I have only made 2 payments and still problems. I took in last week and waited 6 hrs and nothing was done at all!!! then they tell me I have a leaking water pump at 500.00 for them to fix???

"42 Days and Counting (Have had Car over 100 Days this year)" The service area has had my car for 41 days and counting. On of the service staff slammed the window in my wife's face.

"Do Not Waste Your Time" My car has been to this dealership 4 times in the last year and a half for the same problem. Every time they claim they "fix" it. Well now the vehicle is out of warranty and once again the problem has returned. The dealership had my car for a week with us having to call to check on the status. They "sent pictures to corporate" to decide if they were going to cover fixing it. "Recall " I purchased a Hyundai Sonata 2011 back on August 2014. I put 7,000 cash down and was still told my monthly payments would be 511. I took the car back to the dealership the next day and they said they couldn't take the car back and I was stuck with it. Then about November of 2015 I received paperwork in the mail about multiple recalls on my vehicle.
