Verified Renter The apartment itself is fine. The office staff are very kind a professional; never had any issues with the sweet ladies in the office! The maintenance team are very nice men; they’re super slow to fix things. Took over a month to get the AC fixed a while back. They also don’t tell you when they’re coming, which as a single woman living alone is a major issue for me. Verified Renter The location is super convenient, it's in a busy part of the city but tucked away nicely in a quiet spot, where everything is still a stones throw away. The management is generally responsive, especially when it comes to maintenance requests. My only suggestion would be to improve the utility closet, where the water heater and HVAC are, with a small wall or enclosure that acts as a containment area, preventing water from leaking and spreading and causing damage to the apartment.

Management The apartment I stay in has been pretty bad with issues over the last 4 years (the complex is pretty old). I moved in February of 2020, but what makes me give 5 stars is how the owners and management have been attentive, understanding, professional and kind when it comes to my needs with whatever issue. Not only that but they have been working diligently to renovate the older unit to be like new againI That says a lot to me as a tenant and is why I have been here going on 5 years and just renewed my lease again.
