Verified Renter I had a bit of a mishap upon moving in on the day I was told i could move in, but it was fixed in a timely manner and i was even compensated for inconvenience. They have a good team in the office

Verified Renter There are a few problems it’s kind of dark in the apartment. The hot water didn’t work the first night but the came to fix it the next day, the staff and neighbors are nice

The Muse is amazing! I've been a resident here for about two months. I previously lived in a "luxury" apartment complex and needed to lower my expenses so I checked out The Muse! Let me tell you, this was the best decision I ever made! I LOVE my new apartment! The layout is so charming that it doesn't feel like an apartment at all. It feels like a home! Great place to live It is nice and quiet outside. It does not have most the inconveniences of other apts. I feel very comfortable and safe here. The ladies in the office are super sweet which really makes it feel like home.

Quiet Atmosphere I have lived here since May 2020 and enjoy the quiet atmosphere and Lakeview. Office staff is friendly, thank you Emily.
I like it a lot I’ve been here a little over a month. So far so good. I don’t think im going to have a bug problem. I saw one big roach but after I sprayed it I haven’t seen anymore. The maintenance men are very nice and go above and beyond. The office people was very nice to me. I pulled my shower knob out of the wall and they came the next day.
