Verified Renter Since I’ll be moving out shortly let me share my experience… when I first moved in it was really nice they had great communication and all the neighbors are really rude tho and not welcoming the first problem I had was my door off the hinges it took maintenance a week literally to put screws and put my door back up the major problem was when it started raining and my living room ceiling fell down it smelled like mildew and wet stuff my 60 inch tv broke and everything ! Verified Renter This has not been the best experience. From the horrible move in process, the constant pest issue, unleashed pets, maintenance crew in my apartment without consent and late night renovations in the unit above me. I hope this community improves

Verified Renter 2.5 hours before I moved in, they said my unit wasn't ready and I'd need to switch to another unit, that was over $100 more than the one I signed a lease for. Then I was told there was additional monies to be paid, which could Only be paid by money order. They sent me the wrong lease, which was for 18 months after I asked for 12 months. Additional documentation needed signing. I was told next months needed to be paid up front because of the "after the 25" rule, yet I moved in before the 25th. I had to locate ... read more

Verified Renter This apartment is horrible and over priced the mail boxes got broken into The women at the front desk seem nice but don't actually care about the tenants or this apartment Once my lease is up I will not be staying here.

No AC!!! Almost a month without AC. Now that's luxury! Lots of creaking noise when walking around. The kitchen actually has a deep hole you can almost fall in. All they do is collecting rents and fees. Lots of them!!! I've made several maintenance requests. Still no AC!!!!

DO NOT MOVE HERE The management is horrible, the minute you sign the lease you will regret it. These apartments are poorly made, and inside out a disaster. Please search elsewhere. They don't want anything but your money and will not help you. Manager is super mean and inconsiderate.

This Place Is Awful! There are bugs ! Specifically roaches . The maintenance people are extremely lazy . They half fix things and it takes them forever to come . Oh yeah and don’t let you remove someone from the lease . They add all these extra fees. I wouldn’t suggest it but it isn’t the worst .

DO NOT MOVE HERE Do not move here!!!! When I moved in stuff was broken!!! My living room is flooding and they won’t do anything to fix it

Couldn't wait to move out Administratively this place is terrible. Maintenance does not fix things when they are broken and whenever they do come out it's barely two days before they issue presents itself again. When you complain to the office about things not being fixed there's always an excuse they come up with as to why which is mostly them saying it's your fault.
